After 30 plus years in corporate America, Maxine honed her skills as a sales manager and business thought leader. While she enjoyed success in multiple roles, a desire to help people build sustainable, generational wealth became her passion. As a child of immigrant parents from the West Indies, Maxine saw firsthand their struggle to build a life for her and her brothers while living paycheck to paycheck. A strong work ethic, a supportive community and the push to get an education helped Maxine realize the unimaginable. It is this experience that motivates her to help people work through their financial challenges and opportunities so they can define the life they want to live as they become financially secure.
